With more than 18 years of experience in human resources, international recruitment, and workforce consulting across Australia and the Pacific region, MD Masudur Rahman brings extensive industry knowledge and practical leadership to The Anchor Care.

Throughout his career, he has worked closely with businesses experiencing workforce shortages while helping skilled professionals secure meaningful employment opportunities across international markets. His experience has provided valuable insight into recruitment strategy, migration processes, workforce planning, and employer requirements across diverse industries.

His leadership is built on professionalism, integrity, and a genuine commitment to helping people succeed. By combining international experience with a strong understanding of local labour markets, he continues to lead The Anchor Care with a people centred approach that benefits employers, candidates, and the communities they serve.
